Fool me once, fool me twice, fool me 3 times now, but not again bro. I will show more patience come next football season.

Belive or not, I've never said this before about Madden until now.

I'm positive for 08. I said "I believe" for it being in 07, as I'm pretty sure it was introduced for that version since it arrived later than the 360 version. You likely didn't notice because it was poorly implemented (only two man for the most part), but it was definitely there.

EDIT: NM, here's an article discussing the addition to PS3 for 07:

And here's a video from 08:

I am praying that this patch is outstanding since it's taking so long. I dying to start a franchise.

Nice! The 1st clip has 2 guys bringing him down(that looks better than Pro-tak imo), but in the other(1:28 mark) you see how 1 misses, one tackles, and one flies right over them. Sorry but this is not my defintion of gang tackling at all. I guess as long as 2 guys can hit the ball carrier its considered gang-tackling.

My defintion of gang tackling is different. Your right though, they had it.

Imo that video shows more about missed tackling.

Well, A LOT of people (me included) had/have a different definition of gang tackling...lol. I agree the implementation has been poor. I actually like pro-tak overall though, and think it's the first solid step towards what we are all looking for in that regard. We'll see, I guess.

Ian and others have mentioned since day 1 that Patch 2 was going to be the " Big One". I hope it really is.

In my mind, what makes me a little upset is the fact that MW2 has been out a week and it's been patched THREE TIMES on my PS3.

I'm on Version 1.04 - Talk about fixing things fast.

Too bad Infinity Ward doesn't do Madden. It'd be fixed already.

And yet if EA released it quickly and didn't address everything everyone wants you guys would be yelling "why not take your time and fix all of these issues???"

can't win for losing, EA..
