lol...I was waiting for you to respond...reason why i got rid of all the coaching staff was because they had minus coaching figures like minus 5 awareness towards players, so i hired all members of staff with plus attributes..and man does it make a difference!!!

Ok. I hadn't even noticed that they had negative ratings. I will take this into consideration when I restart my franchise after patch 2.

I still don't know about Turner. Lol

We need the ability to hire and fire coaches mid-season. And based on whether your team is doing good or bad, it will make the team play better or worse.

When you look at player ratings and you see plus or minus 5 for something that is the coaches effect on the player!!!

Titans Playbook is pretty good. It does have some nice run plays although i wished it had the Fullhouse formation the Packers run

I beat down Chargers,Pats..etc with the Jags and their playbook. I fell in love with the Jags when I ran shotgun to come from behind down 10 points and win against a freind in the last seconds. Since then I just spent time learning their playbook and can pretty much play with anybody using this team and playbook.

I use Multi D since I like all the different formations I can throw out there.

The Broncos book is great for passing plays, but not as pass heavy as the Colts/Pats. Broncos is my fave if I have a great QB and good WR corps.

The Lions have a good/balanced book. Like it a lot too.

Yeah I have looked at the lions book, I found it very interesting for the pass, but I'm a run the ball player with a few play actions and then a throw over the top now n then!!!
