Substitutions? How do you set them up?

Being a bit dense here, but cant for the life of me work out where you can set the substitutions? can anyone help? I want to have specific receivers in specific sets?

You cant anymore, EA love's taking out good options in their games!!!
I used to love setting sub packages

You gotta be kidding me! That was always one of the best bits! I know you can edit the packages in game, but i want to be able to sort them all out outside of the game!

you can do special teams in depth charts but only the return guys and Long snapper.

I have no idea why, but I had Vick once as a RB.

I used the quick sub menu at the playcalling screen to put him as the guy who takes snaps in the Wildcat. And magically he stayed at that position in that formation not just for the rest of the game, but for multiple games without me having to sub him into that position every game before I quit my Franchise because I got sick of him.

It was like having formation subs, in an *** backwards way.
