Need help with offline franchise game sliders

I am doing a 32 team offline franchise, where I am controlling every NFL team and playing the best games each week. I need some sliders that are challenging. I flip a coin to determine which team I will be in each game, so it would't be fair to have easy sliders, then it would be pointless. So can someone give me some sliders that will help me.

This is what I've done for my franchise. Check out the sliders forum you can find a lot that work well, but I personally use a mix between two. The first is Zero's custom team tactics. He goes through every team's schemes and adjusts them to play a more realistic game for that team in particular. Then, and this one you might not like because you have to change sliders each game, but it works really well, is Dan's sliders (it might be called Dan's realism or something) He has different sliders for each team so you really see a difference in the quality of the teams.
So the first set of sliders really deals with the playbook and the way a team plays (aggressive on D, more of a running team etc.), while the second deals with the actual gameplay (pass acc, btk, pass rush). It works for me, I am enjoying my franchise a lot.
