ONLINE FRANCHISE DRAFT CLOCK

I'm in need of some desperate help..I'm trying to get an online franchise started (finally) with my friends. How do I set the amount of time there is to draft your players? Last time we tried..we only had 15 seconds...wtf?! The FAQ says you can change it..but doesn't say how...unless i missed it.

Also..can I change the draft order?

i havnet done it for awhile but i belive is u press start or something and u can chose to pause the draft and how much time u can have for each pick but the commish have to do it
