Re: Petition: Draft Improvements for Madden 11

great thread.. tremendous ideas... maybe too much for one year of madden to change all at once. I always wanted to be able to trade future draft picks in franchise and would be the best addition. The biggest problem is the random import. This is such a bummer thats why I play the ncaa games, now its seems like a waste of game to play. I should just rent it and sim ten years and save the $60

Though all of this is very important, I just want them to have a name bank like that of NCAA so that when we import players the announcers at least say his last name and not just his number.

Honnestly, name bank and the ability to sign players to different types of contracts followed by draft pick tracking for the first year (actual draft picks at the start of the off season) would be great... It all sort of relates.

I wish they'd randomise the first and last names and schools of the draft prospects so that you wouldn't know who was who.

I don't know how this would be hard to do. That way you can still have balanced classes, but one wouldn't be able to cheat in online leagues during draft time.

The entire out of game franchise experience needs a ton of work not just the draft.

Re: Petition: Draft Improvements for Madden 11

This would be good but the in season news should only be available after week 10. This is when the 1st teams are usually mathematically rule out of playoff contention and people start to look draft.
The combine should not be controllable, that would make u control a players potential stats. You should be able to chose 7 players to watch or sim through all drills. U do urself no justice if ur calculating in ur own stick skills.
