Went through my franchise and noticed several teams did not have best overall players starting at their positions. Is this something to do with the new ratings system or is there some sort of glitch? Never noticed this before.

What season? The first season it should be that way due to the actual NFL depth charts but after the first season the AI should re-order their depth chart.
