Hey fellas, I need some help with my '10 OF.
Since there is not salary or contracts how do u guys do it have a close to real life season? The way I see is that any of the owners in my season can just rebuild their teams by grabbing from the free agency pool(especially if your the raiders

). Any advice on how to run a realistic OF would be greatly appreciated, thanks!.

Most leagues implement their own free agency and salary cap systems, but you need a very active group of guys and you'll need a website or forum for your league. Look in the various threads in the Online forum for leagues and you'll see some of the implementations.
