Really!?! Thats awesome, guess I know what playbook I'm using now. Btw do you have any idea how to find it?
It's in one of the shotgun formations. I think it's the second from the bottom shotgun formation.

And yeah, I've tried it twice in game, once, I was gang tackled before I could lateral, the second time, I got it off, and had open field, but teh safety made a shoestring tackle.

The Patriots defended it perfectly against the Dolphins earlier this season, the guy was open, but they didn't let Henne get the throw off. 11 yard sack. Madden should include the play if it doesn't break defensive AI (although they should improve the AI...)

Philly has a hook and ladder in one of their shotgun formations. Can't quite remember which one though. It works awesome vs prevent defenses. All you really need is good timing

Re: Trick Plays Thread

I think the lack of trick plays in most playbooks is due to online cheesing.

That's fair enough, but as I have been saying throughout this thread, the answer is not to restrict what can be done, the answer is to improve the AI.

I 100% agree with you. You fool me once on a trick play, I can live with it. I can even live with it working 3 times in one game. But over and over and over, no. AI should recognize and adjust accordingly. I can't control all 11 players on the field on defense and therefore can't stop it. It was really bad in the '09 version.

Re: Trick Plays Thread

The Steelers have a wildcat formation called something like the "Steeler" (very creative huh?)

Off the top of my head, I think it's in the singleback ace formation
