Does anyone find it strange that all the Madden forums are in a locked status? There has also been no official community announcements in 2+ weeks. EA where are you?

I think this patch will aim to fix the game in a big way but there afraid to tell every1 that you will have to restart your franchise.

maybe the fact people are annoyed waiting for the patch and they went out and bought Modern Warfare.

Or they can have lives and are tired of answering to people who have already bought the game. What else do they owe you....nothing. Leave these people alone and let them do their jobs, jobs that dont require message board participation.

Geez someone wokeup on the wrong side of the bed? If this is the case why setup an official chat with Ian Cummings section of the Madden forums? Why has Ian come here and told us to put together a non-derogatory thread of questions that an intern intends to answer? Lastly, if the patch is in certification - what is the harm in giving us the detailed patch notes? I paid $60 for a game that has so far over promised and under delivered. I'd like to know what the deal is.
