Re: Tackles or Big Hits

Less big hits more wrap tackles! Make people pay for using the hitstick 24/7. I want the (x) tackle button to make its comeback into the Madden series. It needs to be back but as a wrap up tackle. There needs to be more fundemental tackles (wrapup tackles)

Also the break tackle animations need to be quicker. Meaning tacklers should fall off quicker and not stay draped onto the ball carrier.

They need to make the hitstick more risky to use. And not anyone able to do it.

Yea thats a really cool idea. They could even have a short animation of the player getting up slowly. Nice idea!

Re: Tackles or Big Hits

Heh I love the "Run-by-and-spin-the-ball carrier-down" tackles.

Along with the "Roll up on their ankles" tackle that I'm guessing is supposed to be like a shoe-string tackle.

I agree - more wrap/form tackles and more variation in animations.
