I have never tried controling all 32 teams in the franchise and I am fixing to take a stab at it. To those that have done this I would like to hear any advice on how to manage all of the teams.

How time consuming is it?

This thread should help you. Also look search for a thread I made called Coaching Legacy. It allows you to switch teams mid-franchise. Hope this helps.

It will be time consuming, but very worth it if you seek realism.
