I Need a Team!!

I have started several franchises the last few months and can't seem to get interest in the team I am using. I have used my dreadful Browns, the Dolphins, Rams, and now with the Panthers. I just can't play more than 3 or 4 games and get bored.

I'm looking for a team with a good running back that plays solid defense. I like the Panthers but DelHome just sucks bad.

I was thinking the Jets. I know I hate New York but they got a solid running back in Jones, a prety good defense, a up and coming QB in Sanchez and a #1 receiver in Edwards.

Any help would be great!!

The Jets are fun. Sanchez throws picks like a mofo, though.

All else fails, fantasy draft.

I have done a few fantasy drafts but I like to keep it realistic. The Jets would be a challenge. They're in a tough division. I will think about it still not too sure though.

I love the Cowboys, decent defense (can be great with a few DLine changes), and 2 set HBs with Power via Barber, and Speed via Jones (both are A potential HBs) and then great QB / TE (Romo / Witten) and an upcoming WR (Miles Austin). I picked up a FA (Santanna Moss) and put him in the slot, and he was very, very effective.

Yeah the Cowboys have a dominate running game along with a good / great defense. However, cowboys seem to easy to start a franchise with. Are you getting challenging wins when using Dallas? It seems like you could blow out ever team with them .

Yeah, but I'm using the NFL Simulation Sliders and playing via the Legendary Challenge in order to make the game more challenging.





If you read through the NFL Sliders thread, you'll see I have posted a TON of stats from games I have played, as have many other posters and the stats are the closest I have seen to hitting real NFL numbers from passing, to rushing, to defense, to turn over ratios (the real hard part to emulate).

Cardinals are generally pretty fun, same with the Lions because they're a challenge.
