Controlling all 32 Teams

I wasn't able to find an answer to this so I apologize if it has already been posted. I recently set up a base franchise where I have control over all 32 teams. I set them all to CPU for the management options and then within coaching schemes changed to the Packers and set them to USER. My problem is when I get to the draft I have to pick for every team. Anything I can do or am I stuck making all of the picks?

If you only want to draft for your user controlled team, you have to press start and select 'simulate draft pick' one at a time until your picks.

Inconvenient, but its all you can do.

In Madden NFL 11 they should give you the option to control other teams(trades, resigning, etc.) Maybe kind of like a League commisioner or something.
