Where are the slider settings?

I started a franchise, and from the franchise menu i cannot find the slider settings anywhere, all i see are the franchise options...but where did the difficulty settings, slider settings, etc. go?

The reason i ask, BTW, is that everytime i change the options "in game" they get reset once the game is over, and i go to play the next game...like let's say i turn off the game commentary, and then play my next game, the commentary is back on...i know i could actually do that from the franchise menu, but the other options i don;t find

For Franchise games you can modify the settings when you are in the game. Or, you can exist the franchise section, go back to the My Madden area and modify the sliders from there. They will stay resident regardless of whether you change them from the game or in the menu. The only difference is that Special Teams sliders are only available from the My Madden section. Looks like they accidentally got left out from the in game settings screen.
