I'm currently using KC in franchise. I didnt know it was 3-4 so I got a bunch of DT's. Can anyone point me to how do I change the def scheme to 4-3? I went into "coaching scheme" and changed it to "defense" then to 4-3 but it still goes by 3-4

A way around it would be to keep switching to a defensive 4-3 playbook before I enter the game, but the problem with this is that I sim all my games so I cant do this, any help would be nice thanks

Go into coach scheme, hit LT to change it to defense, and then switch to 4-3.

How effective is the 3-4 versus the 4-3 in Madden?

Reason I ask is cause I'm using KC too and I'm not sure how a 3-4 effects a player like Glenn Dorsey who's pretty undersized height wise for a 3-4 DE, I think he's like 6'0 300 at best. I'm going to use the 3-4 but I'm just curious to know if theirs an advantage or disadvantage to using it.

It will sim the game based up the defense you have selected in coaching schemes.
