Create a player problem (360)

Recently I've had a problem when creating a player. After I create the player and save him, I go to the roster I put him on (after I make sure they have room for him), and the player is not there. I've created players in the past with no problems. I just recently updated the roster to the latest update, and this is when I started having this issue. Has anyone else come across this problem and is there a way to fix it?

In the last roster update EA has used all the "Create-a-player" spots to make sure just about all NFL players are listed in the game.

Hmm...So basically the latest roster update eliminated the create a player option? I like having my rosters up to date but not at the cost of one of the features of the game. Is there anyway to go back and download the previous roster update again? I mean the one before the latest one?

Well could i sign some guy from the free agent pool and have 1 opening to create a player?

That seems like a pretty bad problem. I for one create players anyway but there might be a way that you can get it to work.

Maybe a patch???

Yes I hate this as well.... Now when I want to "create" someone I have to edit a different player.. The only problem is EA doesn't give you the choice to edit the appearance of any players.. so you have to pick a guy with the correct age, height, weight, build, skin tone of the person you want to create. Which sucks... so anyways this is dumb..
