I've been playing an offline franchise with several friends. We just finished a season and one guy wants to change teams. Is this still possible in Madden 10?

Only if you guys controlled all 32 teams at the beginning of the franchise. Bummer I know, but for some reason EA hasn't brought that option back in it's next gen games???

Hopefully next year, with create-a-coach and/or coach edit options

Thanks for letting me know! We were looking everywhere. Yeah that's really a bummer. I wonder why EA always removes the little things each year.
