I actually played 09 more but, I think it's just because there are so many great games this year. I enjoy Madden more this year I just need to learn how to sleep less.

the latest patch pretty much tweaked all of my gripes about the game. For example now mobile QB's will scramble out the pocket if they see space and no one is open, and the flat coverage opens up other routes on O, and good defenses become better.

Even on default settings, much like NBA 2k10 post patch, the game plays great. Hasn't come out of my PS3 outside of playing MW2 Contrary to most posts in this forum you CAN play both games. A revelation i know

I have not played madden much in the last few months. But reading these posts makes me want to again. Hope 360 patch 2 comes out this week....

I have absolutely loved this game. To me it is the best Madden yet. I have played them all and I think people tend to romanticize the past and criticize the present, hence the term "good 'ol days".

I get good ranges of different types of gams. Close games both ways, I've dominated some, and was completely blown out one game (ended up 34-17 and wasn't even that close).

Of course it could be better. I think next year we will see offline franchise fleshed out a lot more. Last year I was on the verge of not spending another $60 on Madden (planned on buying it used), this year I am back solid.

As far as the thread goes: I haven't played Madden in months. Uncharted multiplayer has gripped my entire household.

I'm dl'ing the patch now and can't wait to try it again.

The thing with this year is the more I play the game the more I seem to enjoy it. Almost the complete opposite of years past. Can't wait for the patch so I can start my anual franchise with my friend. Our record is 18 seasons playing every game. We're getting a late start this year, hopefuly we can make it that far.
