OMG Don't bring up bad childhood memories! I cried after that game (10 years old). Right after I went and played NFL 95 on my sega genesis and owned the Troy Aikman over and over with Lloyd.

The main thing I remember about that game is how Larry Brown made himself some serious money off those INTs and than did a bunch of nothing for the rest of his career after getting bought up in free agency.

OP, you are completely right. There are just some passes that everybody on this board can litetarlly make.

In my buddies and I o-line chise, I was head to head w my boy for 1st place in the AFC North. We had a fantasy draft so I ended up w Quinn as the steelers qb. I called a slip screen for chris johnson who had NOTHING but daylight ahead of him. So I drew the Dline in and released it perfectly....over his head. I mean way over, and i wasnt like the defender changed the path of the ball because it was a perfect spiral. needless to say I lost and have had yet another thing to gripe about in this forum...

Yes, but until they add in a way to really show that miscommunication, such as adding in route based passing and play knowledge, then this is as close as they can get. That said, I have seen a few this year that were pretty poorly thrown just as a miss and throw to the DB but yeah, most of those are miscommunication.

Exactly. No way Madden has the 2 differences programmed in the game. We get what we get. Again until we have a real passing system and not hit X for WR X, we'll never get full passing results without everything being scripted.
