Does anyone know if they made coach mode so that you can't control any players after the snap? if not could someone try this for me, it would only take like one snap into the game. thanks.

No official coach mode on the PS3 (maybe PS2) but it does have auto throw. With this turned on, the OB will execute the pass play if you do not press any buttons on the controller. Running plays and defense will play on its on. Kicks and punts must be done manually or simmed.
