It worked that first time because it was the first time anyone had seen it, but since then, New England has done a pretty decent job of containing it. But Miami uses the fact that they prepare so hard for it against them, by doing a lot of other things against them. Miami has been a tough matchup for New England for the last couple years.

It'd be nice if in the game you could run a reverse or even a sweep and have that runner be able to throw the ball forward to any of the receivers down field or throw it backwards across the field back to the QB who is in the backfield, who could then run or throw the ball down field.

I think the pat's did something similar at one point last year, and I'm sure some teams have done it this year in their wild cat style offenses.
