quick answer needed please: where in offseason do i control other teams?

hi, it's late, i'm drinking and i want this done PRONTO, so please help.

i'm in the offseason and i want to control all 32 teams. but i'm already at the resigning stage and i wasn't given the option (i don't think) of controlling more teams.

i know there's a screen where you can check off a box with the team or teams you're controlling (or at least there was in last-gen).

where do i do it? exactly, in the offeason, how do i take control of all 32 teams?

is the only way to do it at the very beginning of a franchise? i can't change control or add teams i'm controlling in the offseason (last gen gave this option every off season)?

nope, you can only do it when you start a franchise. sucks.

damn. i saved like a ton of franchises with different draft classes and that took forever to find the classes i want.
