im about to finish the season with my Bills team after going 4-12 and I plan on firing all my staff. Im not sure who im going to hire so I was curious to see who other people have hired. Also in this game can you do staffing changes during the season?

Add as many coaches that have +5 for ALL AWR as you can. Usually you can hire at least 3. I think One guy will sign as a SP Teams coach

you cant do staffing changes during the season which sucks, but i think knowing most people here if they lost a game they would fire everyone lol.... if ron rivera is out there go for him... and norv turner. in my ravens chise im contemplating firing my oc and going for someone else... someone that helps my qb acc.

I can't seem to find Mike Shanahan, is he in this game? He should be an unemployed coach because McDaniels is Denvers coach.
