Lightbulb Ultimate Team - Coins Earned Value Breakdown

I'm curious exactly how the coins are earned... do you get more coins for playing All-Madden instead of Rookie? do you get more coins for playing 15 min Qs instead of 5?
[UPDATE: more coins for All-Madden, less for each difficulty - same coins for Q length, clock runoff, etc]


From Steve's OS preview article, playing on All-Pro, here's what we know so far:

Task (Coins)
Win by 20+ pts (240)
lose by 3 (165)
lose by 4 (41)
< 95 yds allowed (22)
< 247 yds allowed (11)
< 270 yds allowd (1)
3 TD passes (7)
132+ rushing yds gained (1)


As I play more, I'll continue to add coins earned values and you should too. Eventually we'll have an understanding of how this really works, despite EA's best efforts to keep this one a mystery. Since I'm not going to pay for this type of content, I'd like the community's help in figuring it out...

I don't know. I play with a pretty tough slider set (except in Rushing, it's lower because I usually have trouble there) and I beat the Browns 41-18 and got 350 Coins. I used 15 min quarters with 25 second runoff, the skill numbers are roughly 14-10-13-18 for human skill. I don't remember the exact values, but these are the categories that it said gave me coins, basically the same as what you have:

Beat CPU by 23 points (most of the coins came from here, 220 or so)
308 passing yards
182 rushing yards (broke off a couple big runs)
3 Passing TDs
2 Rushing TDs
287 yards allowed

It\'s kind of disconcerting that there was such a big difference in losing by 3 and by 4 since most of your coins seem to come from the score

Alright, I just finished my first game and got some interesting results. First, my settings were default Pro difficulty w/ 15 min Qs against the Rams.

I wanted to get a test match in just to see how many coins you can possibly earn and had a ridiculous game against the 67 ovr Rams. Using only my starter pack I won 94-34 with 315 yards & 8 TDs rushing and 688 yds & 5 TDs passing. I have Pat White as my QB and ran for an additional 60+ yds with him. I did thrww 5 picks, and got sacked a bunch, but I also completed 51/61 attempts. Basically I was just stat padding as much as possible to see how many coins I could score...


Anyway, here's what I ended up with:

Task (Coins)
Won by 60 pts (340)
315 yds rush (30)
688 yds pass (30)
allow 467 yds on D (5)
8 Pass TDs (15)
5 Pass TDs (15)
Pro Skill Level Penalty (-65)

Total (370)



The obvious thing here that stands out is the difficulty penalty of 65 coins. I'm going to try a 5 min game, and then a match on All-Pro and see how that compares.

I strongly encourage others to share their coins earned breakdowns...

So can you cheat and put it on all pro, but adjust the sliders all the way in your favor?

It appears. Two things that for sure don't affect coin pay outs are quarter length and sliders.

I watch my 11 year old play and he turned off sides off so he could get a sack everytime and he got a ton of coins. With that said you really can't beat the coin system by only winning games. The amount of coins you win, even cheesing, will never off set the number of contract games (24 or more at least) you lose each game. You still need a big sale in the auction every now and then.
