Do the Madden drafts go in order?

I am playing in an online franchise with 14 other guys right now. I started off with a team that went 4-12. After 2 years i have all young DB's, WRs, and a HB. All of my LB's (antonie pierce) are old and slow!! so here is my situation

Last season i went 15-1 and was the wild card team. (ridiculous i know) This season i started off 1-4 ( i was out of state for 2 weeks and my games got simmed) So since i lost 4 games already, with 8 user games to go, should i throw my season to get a young fast stud MLB? I dont need any dbs or dline.

I have the madden A potential spreadsheat from this site. The 2 seasons i have drafted have been draft group 19, then 20 this year. So will that mean 21 will be the next one? cuz if so i will throw the season to get either Quan Henry db or Jahmar Sweeley MLB?

Haha, i have the list of A potential players, so yea i am cheating.

But our commisioner is the ultimate cheater. he studied the draft for 30 hours to see which players went in which rounds and who his best option is. He had a notebook full of notes.

I also missed the fantasy draft and was forced to get one of the worste teams on the game. (more commisoner B.S.)

Just am curious to see if that drafts go in order before i make my decison, cuz im not going to make the playoffs anyway

Yea man, but it is all my friends from HS. So i gotta play in it. I just wanna beat the commisioner
