Create a Coach is in Madden 10 (Sorta)

I wanted a coach to help me produce a great QB so.....

I took Zack Thomas.Changed his name to Nick Saban.
Changed position to QB.Pumped his TP ,DTA and awareness to 99.

The following season after his retirement he came in the coaching thingy.
Gave a plus 5 to QB's TP, DTA and Awareness.And his name was Nick Saban.Hired him as my Head Coach.

What I like about is this...

Pete Carroll is talking about coming back to the NFL,along with Bill Cowher and Mike Shannahan already has with Washington.With this we can brig these coaches back to the game

he didnt. He moved Zac Thomas a MLB in the game to QB, changed his name to Nick Saban, and made him a good QB.

Then When he retired the next season he became a HC you can obtain.

So you can edit players names and ratings before they retire?

How do we know they'll come back to coach? Or do all retired players comeback as coaches?

What all should M. Shanahan give ratings boost to?
