35 and I've had every Madden game, except for 09 and only played 2 games of 08. M10 won me back over and I play online and offline. I never play randoms online, only play online franchise with 8 or 10 guys that I've been in leagues with before. These same guys make up our NCAA online dynasties as well.

I really hope they do more with the online franchise as it has really good potential but they have to do something like web integration and more contact with your fellow owners through message board and not just on xbox live messaging. I've really enjoyed our online franchise.

That's why I said 'hardly anyone' :P only know one other person who plays it, we've played head to head since 03, those special teams like the Monsters and the NFL Europe teams were great fun to play as!

21. I almost exclusively play offline because I've had nothing but cheesing losers to play against online; looking for some good sim opponents, however. My first Madden was 2004, I believe, and I hated it. Madden 10 is the first Madden that I've actually purchased; I've only rented earlier versions and returned them displeased with my waste of money because they weren't accurate recreations of football. Prior to this, I had been playing NFL 2K5 on the PS2 since its launch. It remains my favorite, but 10 has won me over with its updated everything and shiny graphics (which looks gorgeous running on HDMI on my 50").

23. Online only. I play for the chess match and because I love football. If I couldn't play online, I'd play either RTS games or actual chess against people.

It's all strategy and human competition for me.
