I think I've seen a broken femur... The big bone in your leg... In this game, once... If you play a season, go to the injury listing at the end of the season and you can see a bunch of injuries in there...

I think I recall once a severe concussion but I cant be positive about it. I only know for sure about the broken vertebrae
