How about tendering RFAs in Madden 11?

I think Madden 10 made a lot of strides at the expense of core features. RFA, UFA would be great to get. It adds a lot more complexity to the franchise experience. In addition to that with the CBA agreement, just leave the salary cap on or off feature. That being said adding in realistic free agency would make no salary cap more difficult than it is in Madden 10.

Off topic but I would love to be able to save a game at any point and not be forced to finish. Honestly who all has time for a realistic sim game?

Easy fix. Play it when you know you have time.

They need full rosters with working IR and Practice Squads as well. And if they include RFAs they need to include comp. picks.

Agreed about the IR and practice squads. In the offseason you should be allowed the 80 guys or so (not sure what the number is) and through training camp they get better or worse and you have cut dates. That last part would probably be a lot harder to implement than RFA, UFA, IR, and practice squads.

Easier fix, put it back in the game, its hardly a difficult "feature" to include.
