We need these players to have a life,a personality.
100 would be more aggresive ,outspoken D.Sanders,M.Irvin
0 would be more conservative,quiet J.Rice ,M.Harrison

I think I read something that the NFL doesn't want EA having ratings like that because it can make the players look bad. Plus you would have guys like TJ Housh wining if he didn't like the personality he got

This, thats why theres no trash talk or over the top personal fouls. They don't want to put words into a players mouth.
