is it possible to clear cap penalties????

i have 60.3 million in cap penalties in franchise cant sign FA'S and draft picks need help!

LOL! Only thing you can do is trade away High salary players for lower salary players to work down the cap. Do this until u have positive cash flow again. If not start over.

i pick panters, i traded most my good players anyways to rebuild(richard marshall,chris gambal,jake dolmmome.......).any other suggestions???

If you try to sim the first week a text box should pop up and give you the option to clear cap penalties.

u need some fiscal responsibility.

if u trade or release a player u still have to pay the money that was guaranteed to them.

It wipes away whatever is on the books for that season, you can get in the hole again.

I often get cap penalties and are not sure where they come from.
