Abso-frickin-lutely. I think it was ingenious. Not only do you get two fan bases frothing, but it was a great way to pay homage to the two SB contenders.

Brees and Freeney would've made an excellent pair this year.

Not exactly sure why they opted not to go this route again. Too much dough they had to hand out?

Drew Brees...he won the SB and i wouldn't mind if the curse held him out of at least two games this season
