Looking to pick up Madden on the ps2: 04, 05, or 06?

lol yeah it was fun back then but looking at it now, it really was pretty crazy. You could move with Vick anywhere around the field while still being able to tell where you want your receiver to move.

I played the crap out of 06 and just love the vision cone.
I think 07 was pretty good also.

I have Madden 2005 updated rosters that I made myself with ratings edits and everything. But it is for PS3.

Does any one know if they took out the Roles? Like Franchise QB, Run blocker, etc.? If so, what year?

Maden 06. I love the vision cone, it just made Madden that much better. The new graphics were nice as well.

I'm fairly sure that roles were in Madden 08 last gen at least. I have no idea if they are in last gen 09 or 10.
