I made a comment in this thread about how someone from EA has their head up their rear ends, and how it needs to be removed.

Well, I don't think it's coming out...

There is no way I'd pay $10-$15 for a glorified demo, especially if it happened with Madden. Just ain't gonna do it. Why?

1) I'm not so desperate for insight into the next iteration of Madden that it'd be worth it. I'll be plenty content to hear impressions from those who are willing to pay it.

2) Within this generation of consoles, Madden has turned from a "must play" to a "ho-hum" experience, so a demo I'd have to pay for? I don't think so.

3) With a slew of entertaining games out that ARE (relatively) bug-free, I have plenty of other ways to occupy my time than to pay money for a glorified demo from company that's gone on record as wanting to take advantage of me.

Re: Peter Moore - Committed to Digital Transformation

I wonder if any of the community day guys thought to ask the guys at Tiburon about the pricing structures, Madden Shop, overlay Ads, and the like? I know last year the Ads weren't there at CD, but then popped up (pun intended!) at launch.
