Offline Franchise hopes for 2011!!

I still have heard no mention of this option being brought back but in offline franchise mode I hope they will bring back the option to coach a different team or even get fired,I think the last Madden I played with this option was on the N64 and it was cool to get job offers from different teams at the end of the season or even get fired and have to SIM through a full season to see if you got any job offers.

They could even add an option now were as you gain experience through winning season you can gain a special attribute like all players on either offense or defense's awareness or speed,or blocking goes up +2 or -2 or whatever number if you suck.

It's just a thought but I know after playing 5 or 6 seasons and I've built a powerhouse I am ready to take over a crappy team and start rebuilding.The fact that they took this option out a couple Maddens ago I thought was a big mistake.

One big change I want is to have the layout change to a daily calender option like in NBA & NHL where we can sim through day by day. This would work for the offseason to because rather than having a step by step process, you could go through timed days to sign/scout/trade players (maybe 2 mins to a day meaning a month goes by quickly & you feel the pinch to get players signed before they hit UFA).

Also, with contract negotiations, let us decide our first offer to the player rather than having a number that they will automatically accept. After the first offer, if it's rejected they can give a counter proposal.

Yeah they do have that in NCAA, I don't see why they went away from that with Madden,Hiring and Firing coaches is cool but when I'm ready to take over a new team mid franchise I would like the option to do so.The majority of the fun is rebuilding a team and its even better when I can take over another team in the same franchise and rebuild them and run into my former team during the season or playoffs and I get to play against the monster I created with my new team.
Maybe an option as a team owner to sell the team and by another during franchise....
