my opinion on why they didn't show any videos is because they either added a pre-game show, player warm ups or team entrances. probably 1 of those at least and they would have to show that too if it's video format. Instead they want to keep all those for a bigger announcement. It's still too soon for that hype.

don't forget the improved lighting in NCAA which gives it such a more realistic look. I think this may be the year NCAA passes Madden,=.

This is my prediction

If we get any style of broadcast it is going to be CBS. That is what you see on sundays. Not ESPN or NFL network. This way neither ESPN or NFL Network can be mad over who gets what.

However I can also see them doing something like have ESPN doing the half-time and post-game show. While NFL Network does the Extra point in Franchise which carries over from Madden 10.

EDIT: And i must say I am loving the attention that NCAA is getting right now. Even though Madden has the exclusive NFL license I dont think the madden team would be too happy if NCAA had a better game then they did even though both teams work for the same company.

I think people forget that NCAA is a month farther in development than Madden and that could be a reason why it looks a little bit better than Madden. We also know more about NCAA than we do about Madden so it seems like many people are becoming a little impatient.

But, I gotta say NCAA does look great. I might have to buy NCAA and Madden instead of renting NCAA and buying Madden only.

They haven't even came out with a video yet so how can anyone say they got it nailed. They got a couple of screen shots, I'll believe they nailed it when I see the actual video of the presentation. I think having ESPN will of course make the presentation better but, Its still a wait and see for me.

NCAA Football is starting to appeal to me more than Madden. Ive always liked the Ncaa Game more than the Madden, But I prefer the NFL over College Football. Im usually dying for some Madden info right about now. But this year Ncaa has stolen some of that thunder.

Hopefully this year we will have 2 great football games
