Trading Depth
In this year's offseason, there were 9 future draft picks exchanged out of a total of 42. Many of these trades were for players. So hopefully, EA has recognized the power linked with the ability to trade future draft picks and has finally implemented this in this year's Madden.
I mean, Cutler was traded for 2 first round picks (18th overall in 2009: DE Robert Ayers, and 11th overall in 2010: OT Anthony Davis to 49ers). McNabb was traded for a 2nd round pick (37th overall: S Nate Allen) and a conditional 3rd or 4th pick in 2011. It also helps teams who want to trade up back into the 1st round get leverage in trades. This NEEDS to be implemented.
I apologize if this has already been brought up in another thread, I recently haven't come across it if it has.
