Head Coach Integration into Madden 11

What ever happened to the chants for this? I know all of us offline franchise guys wanted it but we quickly learned that with Madden 10 it was going to be impossible. EA/Tib told us they have to build a foundation before we can get polished franchise improvements. I am not saying they did or didn't improve franchise mode or even integrate some elements of head coach. This is just a topic for discussion.

Does anyone think we will get more Head Coach elements added to Madden 11?

Yes. As far as I know, Josh Looman is still working on franchise, and he's well aware of what worked in Head Coach.

I just have really big hopes this year. I want the draft to be exciting and roster cuts and all those elements that mad head coach awesome...

I just hope they are spending a lot of time on Ultimate Team and creating rookie classes.

But yes I'm all for it and no I don't have my hopes up that we'll see much of the HC features in Madden 11.

Yeah i wanted to keep this more to the specifics of head coach integration.

What do you want brought over and what you don't...

Also predictions on what will and if there is any outlying evidence we will get some elements added from the recent videos and interviews.

My friend we must be brothers because thats EXACTLY what I not only loved in Head Coach 09, but want in this year's Madden. The Draft, being able to trade future draft picks, pick predictions, Draft Presentation with commentary before the Draft and after each 1st round pick.

All of that would be just lovely if it were in M11.

45 million people watched the 75th annual NFL draft this past year. It is obviously an important and exciting part of the team building process. It should be treated as such in Madden.

One thing i loved about HC09 was the contract negotiations, in madden if you were off by $.01 Million they would deny the contract, but in HC you actually have a real negotiation!

I would like one tweak to it tho, it was a little frustrating having to sign the same player to a 2 year deal each year, so i think contract negotiations should start with negotiating the years of a contract. So he'll start and say he wants a 2 year deal, you say you want him to sign a 5 year deal, then he counters and so on until you settle on a number of years. Then once you have the years set you move onto the next stage which is the money and that would be exactly like HC09 but all the packages have the number of years that you agreed on.

What do you guys think?
