Well I haven't played madden 10 in like a month are so. But the AI blitzing was way overdone in madden10. The AI Blitz about 70% of time. The AI never adjusted it's Defense according to what I was doing on offense. I'm hoping Ian and his crew has fixed that problem for madden 11. I wish they fixed in the patches but they never did.

The gameplan feature should help. You can remove blitzes to improve the blitz ratio given certain down and distances.

of my time with madden i MIGHT spend 5% of that time online. Not really worried about it here. I usually play with friends and they/we dont cheeze/exploit etc...

this is where i wish one of the CD guys knew how to do this nano crap on a consistent basis and couldve done it right there at community day and see how it played out. then they couldve got EA on it right then and there. i dont know how they'd be oblivious to it with all the youtube vids showing it, but stranger things have happened lol

really hope the new assignment blocking will pick these sorts of things up now. if not tho, ill have no prob passing on online gms in madden once again. havent been playing online gms since '08 on 360 with all the picks and fumbling. then the nanos showed up and ive had no reason to get back on there. offline or online franchise for me.

Have you tried running a 2 back one TE set, subbing your FB in for your HB and a TE for your FB and hot routing all three to block. Haven't come across a blitz that can beat that. there's a shotgun formation where this works really well.

I hope the gameplan helps the AI on this problem. Me I have no problem beating the AI D with my offense. That was to easy. Thats why I'm hoping the gameflow/gameplay feature will help Balance the AI out.

I think just like you on the topic of CD members and how EA could really be oblivious to the fact that the Nano Blitz Online, right through the 'A' gap was one of the most frustrating things about Online gaming. Although in general the Run Block wasn't up to par, or Pass Blocking -- but the glaring, unplayable aspects of the game should be first priority IMO. Having the Nano Blitz, that is all over youtube with literally over 15 ways to set it up, just makes the game ridiculously frustrating to play. And as I mentioned before, most of the people in the forum aren't hardcore online people like me, and a few others, so when they get invited to CD, Im sure they do a great job of giving feedback of the game, but I just hope that there is someone to represent the Online dudes, and the issues that (for the most part) will primarily show up while playing Online games. I don't mind a LB or safety hitting me 1 second after the ball is snapped because he made a great play or great read...but every single play? Every single play I really have to scramble outside the pocket? or run screens? And as Mentioned by the other OP -- people with the higher levels make it literally unstoppable to counter with that 'perfect play'.

Do you religiously play online? If so, what is your average level opponent that you play? I kid you not, having Double TE's with a HB in the backfield, ALL ASSIGNED TO BLOCK, With the line Pinched, does not help. If you want to pinch the line, the outside rush becomes ridiculous -- (But lets just say you manage to buy a couple seconds) -- all the opponent online will do is sit back with his safety, or a non-blitzing LB, and just sit and wait for you to throw a 5 yard route...because that is all you will have time for (Not to mention you play 'Bump and Run' with these Nano's, and if your receiver gets jammed at the line -- Forget about it.

i feel u on that...but that is stupid as hell to have to do that 90% of the game just to not get sacked in 2 secs everytime. these idiots will nano damn near every down. these are nothing but workarounds....quite frankly we shouldnt have to do a workaround just to stay upright every play. this is why i dont play online anymore. i went from over 400+ gms a year and 400+ rushing attack gms in '07, down to like 60 in '08, skipped '09, and like 3 on '10. i cant justify spending my gaming time putting up with this nano foolishness

Madden gms for last few yrs: glitch, glitch, disconnect, disconnect with me getting the L for no reason, pause glitch, fg glitch, finish vs cpu and still get a L even tho i won, qb walk, infinite false start, nano, nano, nano, disconnect, good gm, cheese, glitch....ah forget it...haha
