Most likely the RT/R2 will still trigger the QB Scramble, but the rate of acceleration will be determined by the QB's speed and acceleration ratings. Vick gets going quick, Manning....well not so quick. I can't imagine there would be much more to it than that.
I disagree, I think if the sprint button is off, it will be off for everyone. If you hold the L Stick in one direction, I'd expect the QB to start running with proper speed and acceleration.

You're at the game's mercy.

This makes the most sense.

Put the QB in "scramble mode" and then how fast he gets to top speed, hopefully, will be based on his ACC.

Since when does that have anything to do with Madden anyway?

What I want to hear is the benifits and disadvantages it will create for you having sprint on/off. That's what will make my case cause it makes no sense to have it as an option when it can just be taken out completely? Maybe with sprint on you can't use the new stick features! Just guessing

Pantherbeast gettin' fired up! haha

I read something similar at first.. I agree the post was kind of tricky.

I'm assuming we'll get a "pull it down" trigger. What'd be really really cool is if they didn't allow us to push all the way on our joystick if we wanted to throw reliably on the run. It'd kind of symbolize a QB keeping his weight gathered to make a throw on the run. Any chance?! It was in APF! How about this: when users enter scramble mode and push all the way on their left analog stick, their QB actually tucks the ball in and sprints after a few steps of acceleration (like they'd do in real life). If they are gentler about it, you'll keep the ball in one hand, ready to pass.

nice idea ... i loved APF passing mainly due to the fact of the drop back and stuff

Please stop refering me as pantherbeast. My name is Legend killer. If you change your name I would not be disrespectful to you and call you by your old name. So please refer to me by my current name.
