They said it would be fixed in Madden 10, but it's not. I forgot about this video I had uploaded which shows me playing against someone online using the Dolphins. Watch video embedded here:

If you watched a majority of the video... Need I say more? Around the 2:40 mark is when it gets better.

That's the pathing in the game. It's horrible. The defenders have no concept of the blockers in the game. Or when to stay back and wait for the QB. Was that LB that went up the middle on the first play on a delayed blitz? Was he spying the QB? Neither/Other?

To clear up any confusion here; he scrambled with Chad Pennington WAY too often. And most of the times he had no pressure on him at all. Which is a problem in itself. There's no way a QB is going to have as much time as he did when he scrambled out of the pocket.

I'm glad I beat him, because that was probably the last time I played online. Despite most throws being off target, seeing someone being ABLE to play the game the way he was bothered me a lot.
