Franchise has to be completely upgraded, not just the interface like last year. Scouting has to be changed (scouting based on potential is ridiculously easy), can only have 10 draft picks maximum. Gameplay really has to be improved, sick of seeing the same tackle animations regardless of momentum, WR's have to actually be able to jump this year.

There's more I want to be in Madden this year, but if these are not in it this year it's a no-buy for me. And yes, I know they're implementing locomotion this year, but after last year, ill believe it's in when I see it

Most definite. Its a yearly ritual that has been in effect for centuries, and I will never break the chain (except for 2006 and 2007 current gen versions, I passed on those).
