Just curious as to what everyone thinks about the serious silence this year regarding Madden....not just here, but pretty much everywhere. There's been so little news announced ( and before you say it Pantherbeast, we KNOW E3 is coming up soon) up to this point, it's a little scary.

We are 2 and a half months from release, however right now while NCAA is a midnight purchase, I may skip out on Madden until I hear more and just play Madden 10 for another year. However, I believe Ian has the franchise going in the right direction so tht is enough for me at the moment.

I don't know how my take is.

We've had silence in the past as well.

If the silence leads to a better game, why not?

after last year telling us everything that was coming to the game only for it not to make it in. So we will have to chill to see what's in the game. we better enjoy E3 because afterwards no videos will be shown if i read that tweet right.

Dont care.

We've seen plenty of games with all types of pre release noise, that turned out to be underwhelming..its not a sign of anything, either way.

Personally it feels like they're saving all of the big things for E3..it seems at this point last year that we knew a little bit more.

I think they're just trying to avoid the same situation as last year where they gave us a lot of information but then due to problems they couldn't implement all of them, then we had months of people whining that we were lied to and deceived.

I think they're just waiting to release info until they're 100% sure what they're telling us will be in the game.

I don't mind the silence, we were spoilt for info last year and the majority of people acted as such for a long while there after.
