Josh Looman & Dem Franchise Boys?

Curious,

last year Looman was brought in from Head Coach to work on Maddens franny, correct?

Not to start something, just seriously asking so I can see the progress that the team in charge of franchise made.

what did he/they bring to 10?

-hand created draft classes is one i remembered.

-fixing logic?

i am sure u guys will add to that.

but it brings me to 11

again, not trying to start some negative thread, but seriously asking, what was that team paid to do this year?
tweak stats?

maybe there r things i havnt heard about or we have yet to hear about.

or, was the team in charge of franchise thinned down seeing as they werent needed.

I wondered what they did for 11 months.

I've honestly been wondering this as well. Infact, I tweeted "What did you get paid for this year in Madden?"

Needless to say, I was blocked by Josh Looman a day later, lol.

Just a guess, but maybe any upgrades they made to franchise are being held back until next year when they can have two years worth of upgrades in Madden 12?

Also, another question:

Does he do the sim stat tweaks all by himself? Because, if so, taking from last year's installment, he needs help.

I remember last year he posted stating that he was working towards fixing sim stats, acknowledging they were broken in spots when the game originally shipped. He went as far to even post example pictures of the work he's done; citing they'd been fixed (TDs were back to normal for both RBs/QBs, and RB rushing yards were back to normal).

So months pass after this, before the second patch is released ... and the sim stats are still broken.

Now this year they're saying they're not really working towards upgrading Franchise mode? Fine. That's okay --- you can't reboot every feature, every year. Basically, he's had 11 months to make sure what was messed up last year's been fixed. And I can almost guarantee that sim stats will STILL be broken.

Jeez, what is EA paying this guy anyway?
