They are just trying to remove the negative comments from the internet and onto a voice mail system where no one will read/hear it and they can easily delete it. Oh and they will probably charge you for the call!

Yeah, I'm not sure what the point of this is, since they're just going to filter out what they don't want to hear and which doesn't coincide with their agenda, even if politely and constructively offered, IMO.

EA doesn't do things out of nobility so I'm not sure what this accomplishes.

This is just so odd. It's like they are disregarding the ideas and discussions at OS. They were just here last year! Why ignore this forum!?! Steve, Millennium doesn't this rub you the wrong way? I would figure there to be a ton of usable information here. I don't this idea at all.
