Does anyone know if the Chargers' Powder Blue Alternates are in the game this year?

They were, in fact, not in last year. Unless it was one of those downloadable gimmicks. And what's up with those giant cartoonish shoulder numbers they gave the Steelers this year?

They were, I believe added in the AFL Legacy Pack.
