I asked this question a while back and never got a response. What was EA's reasoning for taking this feature out of the game? Isn't their focus authenticity? Sig Throwing styles but no voices to go along with it. Somebody clue me in.

when did they take it out? i was playing '10 earlier and i def heard mcnabbs voice

there are only a few QB's with their real voices in the game.

But the reason y they dont have more voices is because EA needs the players consent to use their voices..........and they need to get them into the studio to record them

Budget. They had to pay NFL Films to use it. They felt it could be better spent elsewhere.

It was in Madden 09, taken out for '10. You heard a really good voice actor.

I would just pay voice actors to mimic the Qb's voice. Much more cost effect and you likely wouldn't notice much of a difference, but if Romo, Farve, Peyton, McNabb, Jason Campbell, and Matthew Stafford all have the same generic voice that'd be a major bummer. Need variety, but not necessarily the real thing.

Once I've had the real thing, it's the only way to have it.

No one can bark "Blue 58, Blue 58!" like Brett Favre.
