Cover Template

Sorry about the double post, asked the admin to delete it in the online thread . I couldn't find this topic anywhere. I'm recently getting back into a sports game groove, and have Photoshop to make my own cover. The problem is BigDMO has stopped making covers and templates, and every site I go to that says it has the template says the file is no longer available. I was wondering if there is anyone who has the cover and if you could e-mail, or PM me or something. Or if there is a thread here that has a link or the file attached that would be greatly appreciated as well.
