Formation subs and packages in GamePlan/GameFlow

There's no way, as far as I can tell, of doing formation subs and packages in the GamePlan/GameFlow system. I'm not sure how this could even be implemented (because the GamePlan is not tied to a specific team) so I understand it not being there but it's a strike against the otherwise cool GamePlan/GameFlow feature. As someone who always uses the really nice packages that EA Tiburon provides for each formation, it's kind of disappointing to not be able to somehow utilize it in this new feature. Looks like I'll probably be one of those guys who will be switching between GameFlow and traditional playcalling a lot in games.
